- Collection of Information:
The information I collect is used to better inform me about a your real estate needs. Any personal information you provide is limited to
my use only. I do not lend, lease, rent or sell this information to a third party or outside company.
- Possible Referral To Other RE/MAX Agents or Cooperative Brokers:
If I am unable to personally provide real estate services to you, I will attempt to refer you to another RE/MAX agent. In some Cases, when a RE/MAX agent is unavailable or is unable to provide services in an area you specify, I will refer you to an agent/broker of another cooperative realty company.
- Collection of Referral Fees:
There will be no extra fees that you have to pay in order to use
my referral services. Any fees paid are collected from the real estate
agent or broker that I refer you to.
- Non-solicitation of Clients Already Being Assisted by Real Estate Agents:
If a you already have an another agent assisting you, I will not be able provide you any services. I do not seek to take business away from other real estate professionals.
